re-based Siren Craft Brew secures a 15-year lease for a 3,800 sq ft unit at Station Hill in Reading. The brewery will unveil its first taproom and restaurant on Friar’s Walk, offering a variety of ales, porters, and lagers. Scheduled to open in May alongside the final phase of Ebb & Flow, the development will feature nearly 600 homes. Station Hill's £850m project, led by Lincoln MGT, aims to deliver office spaces, private homes, build-to-rent properties, retail, leisure areas, and potentially a hotel. The team seeks additional retail and F&B operators to join the project, enhancing Reading's urban landscape. Alex Aitchison, UK managing director for Lincoln, expresses excitement for Siren Craft Brew's involvement, highlighting their shared commitment to Reading's growth.
